Had a wonderful first time experience with ILashHer today. They have several staff on-site and they were all nice. Niya worked with my Classic Lash Set & brow wax & tint. Niya is kind & takes her time to ensure my needs were met for a natural lash look. I haven't worn lashes in about 10 years, so I was scared at first. Niya is patient & gave me the look I desired. Extremely happy with my results & will return again.

I love this lash place I feel like the prices are reasonable. The staff is always nice. I see Drew and I’ve been going to her for almost 2 years now. I’ve also gotten my eyebrows micro bladed here by the owner, Ashley. I tried several places before finding this one, but I find that they are the most professional, informative, and consistent. I always get compliments on my lashes, and how natural they look. I haven’t seen anybody leave there with those outlandish, huge lashes and red eyes, so if that’s what you’re looking for I’m not sure you you’ll find it here.

Disputed cancellation fee, lack of accommodation, and public-health concern I approached iLashHer prepared to be a repeat, long-term client. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns regarding customer accommodation and billing practices. First and most importantly, the business was not willing to reasonably work with a customer acting in good faith. I requested a reschedule specifically to protect the business, staff, and other patrons from potential exposure to a communicable illness. A reschedule request made for health-and-safety reasons is not only responsible—it is a reasonable measure to reduce risk to everyone in a close-contact service setting. Update: Per the owner's request, I contacted ILashHer for a redo appointment. This tech was new but did a fill-in. This was more of not only what I paid for but what I desired. Based on that, I will give another star. However, I'm undecided about returning. Thanks owner, I do appreciate you. I am a regular lash wearer, however, this was my first time here. Please, make sure that you know what look you desire before getting lashes. I booked for Classic. I wasn't sure what it would look like compared to the pictures posted online, so I asked the tech and was advised that the Hybrid would be better. What I ended up with doesn't even look like Classic. I have been using Ilashher for some years, and I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is respectful and friendly. The space is cozy and clean. My lashes are always on point and I get many compliments and inquires about them. All around excellent service would highly recommend.
