This is the only place I go to get my nails done for over 5 years now. Service is Always on point for me. My techs are Ann & Wyn Only! Michael is really good and my daughter has used Chi for about 7 years. Alot of thier customers are long time patrons. Ive never had a bad experience.

At first i wanted to give a low rating for my issues but i waited. I am glad i did because now they get the rating they deserve. So I came In on 2/25/23 to get a manicure and a pedicure. I did the basic French tip on both. I then wanted a design on my big toes and ring fingers. The nail tech said no no you need diamonds I said ok I trust you know what your talking about. So she did a wonderful job they were beautiful. But I made it home and within an hour and a nap later I woke up to all my diamonds off one finger, 2 off the other finger and a couple off each toe. I came in the next morning to see why this was happening and they fix the issue with no problem. I was very satisfied. I didn't do the diamonds again I stuck with my first choice and got the design I wanted. I will come back in

Worst nail shop ever ! They can’t even do a simple white toe polish !! THE PAINT WAS SO BUMPY AND THEY REFUSE FIX IT! I turned on google translator and they were talking really bad about me!! Don’t go to this nail shop they have really changed it needs to be shut down!!!

It was Empty when I arrive 1 hour before closing. My toes are worst than how I arrived.

I’ve been going here for years and they give great service even though there are slight language barriers, my nails always last
