Extremely frustrated. Had an appointment to have my second brow session. Took the day off work. Drove 30 minutes only to find out the provider messaged me 2 hours before my session to say she was worried about icy roads. The roads are clear. Not a single issue getting here and I live up in the Bella Vista Highlands. It would have been nice if she had called instead. She said she didn’t have my phone number. She’s offering me a discount on my rescheduled appointment. Took the day off work so that will not make up the difference. Not really impressed.

Leslie does a great job, goes above and beyond to fit me in anytime I need it, and always provides excellent lashes. I love the full look and she does it well.

Please be careful going here I used Leslie and she was soooo unprofessional on top of the fact that she screwed my lashes up completely and wouldn’t refund me this is what I got for $140 had the worst expirence here and my real eyelashes started falling out from her work. Such a horrible expirence save your money.

Just wanted to shout out to my girl Alyssa! She’s just simply Amazing. She has been doing my lashes for over 2 yrs now and has always taken the best care of me and my lashes. Love you Girl and thank you. 🫶🏼

Morgan always does an amazing job on my lashes! She listens to what I am asking for and can execute them perfectly. She is fairly quick with it and they last a decent amount of time. I have also noticed no damage to my natural lashes. She is very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place as the other aestheticians seem great, too.
