This place is so amazing. I had an appointment to possibly do a balayage. My hair was very dark, brown, almost black, and I wanted to illuminate and lightened it a little bit, but my main concern was not to damage my hair. I am absolutely happy with the results, Ivana was exceptional. We spoke about the look I wanted and went over pictures and she delivered better than I could’ve imagined. They did so many more steps to make sure my hair did not get damaged, did a treatment after the balayage and my hair is not only beautiful, but it looks healthy and it’s so soft. The owner is so sweet and kind and also gave us her input. Everyone there was amazing and I can go on and on. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I went in for a haircut and coloring, and the results were better than I expected. The stylist took the time to understand my hair type and chose techniques and products that really worked for me. They were gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciated how they respected the texture and condition of my hair. Highly recommended!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon and regret choosing this place. The person Ingrid portrays on social media is completely different from how she is in person. I specifically booked with her for a keratin treatment and haircut, only to be told upon arrival that she was “too busy” to do the keratin and could only perform the cut. My treatment was handed off to Lisbet instead. The salon was overcrowded, with no place to sit, and the overall environment felt chaotic. During the keratin process, Lisbet left the product on my hair far too long while attending to other clients. As a result, my hair was burned — something that has never happened to me despite having had multiple keratin treatments elsewhere. I was then told that the damage was simply from the way it was irone
