I went in on Friday to have my roots colored and tone down my highlights. I must have mentioned 4 times- roots + tone down highlights including days before when I stopped by for a quote. The lady did a single process color (same dye all over my hair as if I was doing a box dye from cvs) and ruined my hair! I got nervous and specifically asked her if I would still see the highlights after this color and she said yes. I’ve spent hundreds over the past 2 years coloring my hair every 2 1/2 months and maintaining my highlights. I tried this salon because my normal person is on vacation, this place has been there for years, and I desperately needed to color my hair for an upcoming event. I told her I was unhappy because she left my roots lighter and the rest of my hair darker, she insisted it
