I had a great massage experience given by Kelly! My neck was so tight and sore because of desk job. I expressed that I only need target around my neck/trap area. She gave me a deep massage and it extremely helped! Will definitely come back

My first visit was amazing, so I decided to come back. Unfortunately, the second time was a huge disappointment. I booked a 90-minute session for 230pm but it ended after just 60 minutes. What frustrates me most about some Asians here in the U.S. is the sense of entitlement and the constant pressure for tips. A tip should reflect the quality of service. The bill was $90, and I left a $10 tip, which was more than generous considering the poor experience. Yet, she demanded a $25 tip, stomping and complaining when I declined. Don’t waste your time—horrible service! I won’t be returning.

Most recent experience was awful. Masseuse asked me to pay first, then could not understand my pain points and how to apply pressure properly to release tension. Then she tried to cut 5 min time off.

This was one of the worst massages I've ever experienced. The masseuse struggled to understand my requests and rushed through the session, finishing her work in just 30 minutes. She then spent nearly 20 minutes giving me foot rubs instead. I typically don’t voice my concerns, but this time I found myself constantly asking for adjustments. She missed one hand entirely. She focused more on gentle caressing rather than a proper massage, and seemed distracted by outside chatter and phone calls. If you choose to go, you may leave feeling frustrated and far from relaxed.
