Decided to stop in for a full set after reading some of the reviews and they did not disappoint! 10/10 all around! Great service, great craftsmanship, very clean and nice salon. Cindy did my nails and I will definitely be coming back!

I know customer service is #1, and they truly delivered! Not only was their customer service excellent, but they also did an amazing job on my cat-eye nails and my daughter’s French tip full set. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but honestly, what isn’t going up these days?

Although this place has good customer service that was one of the only good things about my experience. I came in Monday evening and we and my partner were the only people there and the two women in the shop were very kind and patient. These were supposed to be my birthday nails so I can admit I was being a bit picky but I went here because of all the reviews praising their nail art. Clearly the nails look nothing like the picture and the nail art is not up to par with the reviews. I think this is just one of those salons where all the nail techs have different skill levels and I got someone’s who more of a beginner. They are a little lumpy and uneven on a couple nails. Bebe did my toes and Ines did my nails and I could not be happier!! The attention to detail was very much appreciated & they were both so attentive. I showed a picture to Ines & she understood the assignment!!! She really took her time to make sure the shape was accurate & the lines were straight. I’m also impressed with the prices! It’s so much more affordable compared to other places in Chicago. I highly recommend this spot & I will be coming back for my refill!!
