IG Nails & Spa

Been going to IG since they opened in 2021. Tom is truly the best. Lynn as well for Pedi’s! The shop is modern, and though I have only been serviced by Tom & Lynn, the other nail tech’s & pedicurist’s at the shop seem to do a wonderful job as well. Show them any picture & they can almost certainly duplicate it. So so happy each time.

I had one of the most disappointing nail experiences I’ve ever had here with Tina. I came in with a clear reference photo and asked for a pink French tip. What I got looked nothing like it — the shape was wrong, the lines were messy, and the overall quality was not what I expected at all. I asked for it to be fixed, and thought maybe frenchies werent her speciality. I told her she could just do one color... Instead of improving it, she made it worse. ( Solid pink nails ) Tina was very rough during the service and even nipped my finger, which was painful and completely avoidable. At that point, I was already frustrated and trying to stay calm. What really upset me is that even after all the back and forth, stress, and injury, I was still charged extra $20 because she redid the french

While everyone at the salon was kind and the overall atmosphere was pleasant, I’m really disappointed with how my nails turned out. Just two hours after getting them done, I noticed issues—some of the designs were already fading, and parts of the nails were peeling off. After spending so much time and money, I expected better durability. I went back to the salon in just two hours to have them fixed, hoping for a better result. Unfortunately, within just one day of the repair, the same problems started happening again. These were supposed to be my birthday nails, and they didn’t even last a full day. I’m absolutely livid. I’ve gotten my toes done here twice before so I thought that they would do good on my hands also but I was wrong. You definitely have to choose a nail tech wisely in this place because the person that I got this time was the worst person that I’ve ever experienced. She rushed my services as it got closer to closing time. 2 days after getting my nails done, my GEL toes were peeling which is something that I’ve never experienced before because it normally lasts me a month. I showed her a design that I wanted and it was done completely wrong and so I went back to get the pearls taken off and get my toes fixed hoping that I would get someone who would fix it and make it look better but she was the one opening unfortunately and as she was fixing it, she rushed so my nails ended up like this. Absolutely incredible my nail tech was Tom. By far he's incredible i got pink stiletto nails and asked for him to make them sharp, and he did exactly that 10/10 highly recommend him! And the salon is comfortable and pretty and super clean!! My new favorite nail spot!
