I had grown out a TERRIBLE cut for 4 months and found rave reviews about this place and specifically about Shan. It was a perfect experience. Shan have a deep and thorough consultation and understood what I was looking for and also gave the best advice for what would work with my face shape and hair type. A true professional and expert! Another bonus: she’s an incredible person and so warm and genuine!

Wonderful Salon, I am not going to gatekeep! The vibe is calm, and caring, the place is bright and comfortable, and the staff is attentive and friendly. No attitudes here, just a place to come and feel welcome and cared for, and leave feeling and looking your best. My stylist and colorist Alisha is an artist, my hair has NEVER looked this good!! And she may just be the greatest therapist as well ... I always leave feeling just wonderful.

My Mom and I got our first pedicure from Rosey and we can't wait to go back. Not only was it a fantastic pedicure, she was so friendly, lively and made us feel like family. I also had a chance to stop in and check out the amazing boutique that is there! You have to see it to believe it. The energy and atmosphere at this salon is WONDERFUL. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place! The location is safe, convenient, and always clean—with plenty of parking. Everyone is super friendly, especially the owners. It’s clear that everyone here takes real pride in their work—the energy is positive, professional, and you can tell they care about every client who walks through the door. I’ve been going to Megan for years, and her work speaks for itself. I get compliments daily on my hair color. The best one? “Omg, I thought that red was your natural color!” I hear it all the time. Megan really takes the time to listen to my requests and always prioritizes the health of my hair. I have always had such a great experience at identity salon! Lacey does an amazing job of listening to and doing what I want. She’s great at giving advice and answering questions. She won’t let you leave until you and her are both satisfied. Along with Lacey, the rest of the staff is amazing! They were very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. The boutique is very cute and the woman that works in there is so sweet and funny! The check out process was also very easy and the ladies up front were great! I love identity salon, and I’m so happy I could follow Lacey there!
