Ideal Wellness Massage

I’m a massage therapist from NY and I had the pleasure of visiting Ideal Wellness Massage when I was in town—it is an amazing place! Joy the owner is by far one of the most knowledgeable practitioners I have ever worked with. Stephanie was so sweet and helpful answering all of my questions about the firefly and PEMF machines. I left both of my visits there feeling totally pain free and would recommend their services to anyone that wants relief. Thank you guys! I will be back next time I’m in town! The place is clean, beautiful and relaxing!

There's such a difference when you find someone like Joy who really knows the body and how to heal it. She doesn't just know massage, she knows functional training, nutrition, and other methods of healing the body that all come together in a bigger picture. I recently visited Ideal Wellness, and had the experience of having Amy give me a massage. She is fantastic! Very attentive, and really did an amazing deep tissue massage. The staff is also fantastic. I had scheduling issues in the beginning, and the staff found away to accommodate me. Excellent all around service.

I was a bit apprehensive when I first arrived but found the waiting area very beachy and relaxing. The therapist I had is Amy. She reviewed problem areas with me to better address locations that needed special attention. Now for the massage… I can say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Amy was so thorough with deep tissue pressure I requested, but gentle where needed. I was so relaxed that I dozed off towards the end. I will definitely be going again and will recommend Ideal Wellness to friends and family.
