Ideal braids

I had a great experience at Ideal Braids. The staff were professional, patient, and very attentive to detail. My stylist took the time to make sure the parts were neat and the braids were done perfectly without causing unnecessary tension on my scalp. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and organized, which made the whole appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I’m very satisfied with the final result, my braids look neat, stylish, and exactly how I wanted them. The service was efficient and the team was respectful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Ideal Braids to anyone looking for quality braiding and excellent customer service. I’ll be coming back again.

I was excited to try this braider since it is close to my home. Hair looked great at the end however my $200 box braids were too tight. I did not realize it was so tight until I got home. I struggled to sleep from the pain of the braids and reached out early in the morning to see what I would be offered to alleviate the pain. The only option given to me was to take Ibuprofen and that it will loosen in a few days. I was expecting other alternate solutions such as loosing the tight braids, etc. but didn't get it. The braids did not get looser and I had to retake out the braids that were too tight and paid someone else to put them in who didn't pull too tight on my scalp. I will not be going back again. Braids shouldn't be put in that tight. I was told to get her knotless braids next time as
