Terrible experience. I had an appointment with Neicey to get hair extensions. I did not know that she didn’t have hair on hand because I wasn’t able to pick length, color, etc. so I booked my appointment, paid the deposit, and I messaged her telling her that it wasn’t giving me those options. FOREVER later, she just responded with “I don’t have hair at the moment, that’s why it’s not on there.” So basically I decided to reschedule once she had hair. I texted her and told her I’ll just reschedule when you have hair, and of course no response!!! She then took the money out of my account anyways for the full service!! I could understand had I just not showed up or said anything, but I had no idea she didn’t have hair and I told her that. I texted her asking why it was it was taken and got a s

I sent a inquiry about extensions being dyed to the number listed on the Instagram page...they blocked my number for what reason I don’t know. I was polite and simply wanted to know price etc...very unprofessional but that’s how most of these “hairstylist” are in OKC.
