The staff was very welcoming and the place was clean. I waited an extra 15 to 20 minutes despite making an appointment ahead of time. The pedicure chair was very comfortable but the bucket they used to soak feet was not ideal and didn't have a sanitary liner. The pedicure room was also very small and crowded when two people were in there with the technician. The gal who worked on my feet was very polite and couldn't have been more welcoming. She went above and beyond to give a little extra service when appropriate. Overall a good experience.
