Unbelievable, horrible service. I asked for a pedicure and I sit down to roll my pants up. I tried to tell the lady, twice , the water was freezing cold but she acted like she either didn’t understand me so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Within 20 mins she was done and all she did was clean my cuticles and paint my toenails. And she wanted to charge me $30. And not to mention she was on her phone while she was painting my toenails. The lady told me that I should’ve complained at the time everything was happening, but because I didn’t complain right then I still have to pay full price. And nobody around me said that they saw her massage my legs or put lotion on my legs nothing. And then not to mention that some 12 year-old girl chimes in that she doesn’t speak English, so is that my fault t

Icon Nails is ICONIC - I have been coming here for years and always look forward to my experience. Walked in today after too long and Eva is a mastermind, gave me the cutest “cat-eye” nails ever. So grateful for a classic salon that always takes the best care of everyone who walks through their door! Bonus: they’re open on Sunday for the ultimate self care!

I have been coming to Icon Nails for years now and I can swear to you that Eva is amazing. Her skills and attention to detail make for a lasting manicure that is as perfect when I leave as when I return two weeks later needing a funky new design after they’ve grown out. My nails are longer and stronger than ever and these are my nails for the last 5 weeks. 10/10 recommended.

Eva is seriously the best! I haven’t found a nail tech in Miami that ive been truly happy with until discovering Icon Nails. Eva’s attention to detail and care for her clients is a reason i will keep going back!

I was able to get a same day appointment and the for me into a chair as soon as I walked in. They also were able to do my pedicure and manicure at the same time which saved me so much time. My nails look great and everyone was professional. I will be back!
