I have gave this place many chances. The stuff is very kind but the end service is not the best. I've had my nails done here probably 3 times each time my nails have popped off within a week. They didn't break they just pop right off like I have on press ons. I went in today to try to get them fixed and they demanded I had to pay./ Response to owner- My nail polish was not chipped my toe nail is broken because the acylric was not applied correctly. I will be added photo proof that my nails have been chipped and popped since Monday. I got nails done Thursday and toes Friday there is not reason they should be broken in 3 days from the service. Paying for it to be fixed is not the issue I'm not going to pay for you to fix something you didn't go right the first time. I would of came in earli

Went to this place a few days ago for a fill in on my French tips. I like this place, the work is good and customer service is good as well. **Update** just left from this nail salon and once again the results are great. The energy is calm and the techs are nice and friendly. I got a full set and pedicure and the manager(I’m assuming) always does great on the French . And the guy Peter that did my pedicure was amazing as well and really paid attention to detail and took his time. I wish I could put zero stars. This is the worst nail shop I’ve ever went to. me because it was the closest to our home, I was sick. I went about 6 times. Although they were typically rude, it’s only three minutes from my home so I figured maybe they’re just having a day but no, I also realize that whenever I go here my typical all white nails and toes were well overpriced. The last straw was me allowing my two teenagers to go for manicure pedicure they overcharged them by $60.. oh and I forgot to mention the time I went for a nail repair yes one nail and they quoted me 35 bucks for a nail repair. When I need a place to escape for a couple of hours for some much needed TLC, I always visit Icon Nails! Great location, always open, professional, and polite. What more can I say?!
