I had such a great experience at this med spa! Andrea did my fillers and she is incredibly professional and experienced. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and delivered beautiful, natural results. The entire place is very organized and spotless, which made me feel even more confident in my treatment. They truly made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I saw the nurse practitioner Wendi at IconMD and had such a great experience. She did a full face consult and we started with Botox. She explained everything so clearly and made me feel really comfortable. She sent me home with a serum to help my pigment. It’s been a week and I already look fresher and my eyebrows are more lifted. Can’t wait to go back and a facial is next! The girls up front were so nice too.

I absolutely love Andrea — she is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly savvy at what she does. She made my experience pleasant and comfortable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. I felt ignored when I arrived, and no one even greeted me or acknowledged me. First impressions matter, and the lack of basic courtesy made the visit start off on a disappointing note. The front desk staff could really benefit from better customer service training and a more humble, welcoming attitude. Clients should feel valued and respected, not like they are being looked down on or treated as if staff are better than everyone else. Lovely office but most importantly a wonderful knowledgeable and super experienced injector (Wendi Espinosa). She was so gentle and really was on the up and up of the advancements that dysport/ botox can do for the face. She was the first to support me wanting to use dysport in the lower face and neck to tighten . Excited for the results !!
