Icon Cowork

We joined Icon with a private office in 2024 and have been home there ever since. The shared spaces are great - the networking room is big enough for our whole team of 20+ people when they're all in town. Our private office is also perfect for the two of us who call Lakewood home and come in often. It was easy to upgrade from a micro office to a medium office when we needed one. The owners have been flexible with our lease as we've grown into the space. Also, it's not THE reason to rent the space, but it helps that the snack bar is always well stocked (a previous co-work space we were in said theirs was... it was not).

Loved working here! Icon is such a great spot to get away from my “home office” and work in an environment where I feel more professional. The facilities are very nice and they offer great snacks and drinks. The lady at the front desk could be one of the nicest receptionists I’ve ever met!

Fast internet, great staff, and just a great atmosphere to get work done. Great location to grab lunch and coffee nearby (3 min walk to plenty). If you’re looking for coworking or dedicated office space to rent - this place is great.

Had a great experience working from here for a week! Great environment to focus and get things done. The open cowork space in general was very quiet even when multiple people were working nearby. Appreciated the 24/7 access, the location/ease of parking , and the complimentary snacks/beverages. Will be back

The on-site team including Jenny and Norah are not just awesome but they are incredible stewards of the community. Very prompt to assist, and knowledgeable of everyone in the office and all the events going on. The building itself is century old school house which was recently converted to what feels like a tech start up and they did a great job. Tons of cool places to sit down and just work, and overall it stays quiet while still being energetic. Keep up the good work!
