I’ve been a bi-monthly client of Claires for over 2 years (possibly 3?) and am eternally grateful I found her. Before Claire I had never heard of Amma therapy. I’d had acupuncture many times (but never really felt a huge amount of therapeutic benefit). I was a big fan of massage therapy to help me cope with muscle tension but it gave a very temporary relief. Amma therapy (and Claires skill) turned out to be exactly what my muscles and nervous system were needing.
