i Spa Massage — Kirkland

Poor quality massage and very unprofessional service. This was my first time, and it was extremely disappointing. They even handed me toilet paper instead of tissues, which is unacceptable for a spa. The cream they used was low quality, and the overall treatment felt careless and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money, the time, or the tip I gave.

This is my third time coming to I Spa Massage for a massage. The atmosphere is amazing, the aesthetics are beautiful, and the prices are affordable. But most importantly, the massage technique is excellent. They really understand me and give me exactly the type of massage I want. It's an incredible pleasure. Highly recommended!

Nice environment. I liked the sound system and the soothing music playing. Coco was an excellent professional. I tipped fairly and was not chased for more, as other comments point out.

My first time. I went for a 60 minute Swedish massage. I liked the atmosphere and the room was cozy and comfortable. Place seemed clean. I don't know who did my massage but it was very pleasant and just the right amount of pressure. I was much less achy and more relaxed afterwards. I will go again. 4 stars because I realize that I will need to be more proactive in asking for which areas I want the most attention to. But I have no doubt that that communication is possible, despite any language barrier and I will go again.

Came in one evening for a 60 minute aromatherapy message and a table shower scrub. The ambiance of the room was perfect, dimly lit, soothing music, and a comfortable thermostat setting. The massage was perfect for me, considering I don't like to feel like I just got a beat down. The masseuse gave nice long strokes, gently kneading out knots without being painful. She constantly checked in with me and made sure I was satisfied. After nearly falling asleep, I put on a robe and went over to the table shower room. The masseuse made sure to tie up my hair so it didn't get wet, which was appreciated. It was the most pampering experience, being gently sprayed with warm water and sugar scrubbed from neck to toe. My skin was luxuriously soft for days after. Prices were affordable. Will definit
