I had a terrible experience at this location. I asked for a deep tissue massage, but the woman just rubbed my skin—there was zero pressure. When I asked her to press harder, she didn’t know how to adjust the pressure, so she went from zero to 100, which was painful, so I had to ask her to ease up, which made her return to zero pressure again. She didn’t ask if I wanted my butt massaged but began massaging it anyway, and she pulled my underwear down, completely exposing my buttocks. I was extremely uncomfortable about this and should have spoken up, but the language barrier was a real problem and was getting me nowhere each time I tried to communicate. Lucy is amazing. My plantar fibroma was causing me so much pain that I could barely walk. After a few painful but worthwhile visits, I felt great again.
