I Love Nails

I hadn’t gone to a nail salon in a while. Looking at reviews online, I liked how “I Love Nails” responded to customer reviews, even negative reviews (I’m in customer service and it’s how you handle challenging situations that shows how a shop values clients). I was able to walk-in and get an appt for manicure and pedicure right away. Kim did my pedicure and it was wonderful! (I did the lavender pedi). I also had her remove calluses, difficult when you’re ticklish, but she did a fantastic job! Kathy did my manicure … I had seen a unique photo from a prior customer and asked if I could get that design. I had never seen it, so I wasn’t surprised that she had never done it. Amazing service every time. They always manage to bring my nail ideas to life—even the most detailed and creative designs I ask for. The quality is consistently great, the prices are very affordable compared to other places I’ve tried, and I always leave happy with the results. Highly recommend if you’re looking for skilled techs and great value!

I came here for a fill-in on my nails from my daughter-in-laws suggestion. She had gone here on a previous visit. Salon was very clean, spacious and organized. 2 operators were working when I arrived at 10:00 am with me being a 3rd customer. Colors were listed in a book and not on color nail tabs. Chairs were comfortable for doing nails. I was there for 45 minutes and my nails looked great! I will probably be back if I am in town.

I love my nails, I got exactly what I ask for! Very reasonable, neat, perfect. Great customer service too!

I had a great experience with Linda. She was kind, gentle, and efficient. Waited two years to get a Pedicure and it's always been my favorite thing to do for myself. Also Linda took care of my ingrown toenails with no pain! I'll be returning. Thx again Linda
