Don’t do it! In 2-3 days my nail polish chipped, the fill in did not go down to my cuticle. I returned for a re-polish and they charged me. Terrible customer service. I went to get my nails done correctly and I was told it looked like my nails were done 2 weeks ago and not 3–4 days ago.

You show them a picture they ensure you that can complete the same look and does a horrible job then talk cramp with the staff because you want them to fix it the right way very unprofessional never again the look I wanted is on the left the picture on the right is what they’ve done

I would never go to that shop again. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor when you are paying for their service. I never see the autoclave anything. I went to get my nails soaked off and they had the nerve to tell me to come back another day to get my nails done when the whole shop was completely empty. I have never caused a problem nowhere I have ever went. I was confused behind their behavior. I’m never begging anyone to do my nails. As much as they didn’t want to do my nails I didn’t want them to do my nails. They come to these urban areas and think the service they are providing is helping us. No it help their nail chop shop to expand. Just leave the area already🙄

i use to go to this nailshop years ago i leave and move and come back this place is terrible my nails was bogus for the first time i notice the same people that was ther is not ther anymore

Thee Worse service !!! I asked fork Specific Shaoe (Stiletto) Long length and Almond Shaped! I asked were they able to do the shape I showed them I was told yes!! I was charged for long length and got Medium Nails . The acrylic wasn’t applied evenly it was lumpy
