I went to get the back of my hair trimmed because I wear a pixie cut. There was a lady that I called and explained to her what I wanted. She said she could do it and told me to arrive before 7:30 pm. I made it around 6:30 and waited almost one hour for her to arrive, but since I was a walk in that wasn't a problem with me. Once the lady arrived, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I advised to trim the back, fade it but blend it upward. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted. After she cut my hair I looked at it and was extremely upset. It's too high up and cut way too low, and it isn't faded. I called the barbershop after I got home and looked more closely at the cut, and it is so bad that I asked if the gentleman could fix it. He told me to come back, and I did but he wanted t
