I’ve been to this place several times before and had okay experiences, but this time was by far the worst haircut I’ve had in a long while. The barber clearly didn’t understand how to do a proper fade and showed very poor technique overall. The result was uneven and sloppy. The guy wearing a gold ring and necklace was the one who cut my hair — his style and professionalism were both disappointing. I really regret coming this time. Be careful who you get here.

I want to leave a bad review for this hair salon. I am extremely upset because they completely ignored my specific requests. I showed them a picture of the exact bangs style I wanted and gave clear instructions: I needed my bangs divided into three sections, with the middle one being thin and wispy. However, they did not follow my directions at all. Instead, they copied the two-section bangs style of my friend who was with me. To make things worse, the cut is uneven, and there is one strand in the bangs area that is noticeably longer and completely out of place.

I got a cut and style from Vu today, my hair looks amazing!!! He has a great technique, my layers are gorgeous and I love how he did my bangs. He listened to my requests and was very thorough. Im really happy with my experience and will be back! 11.25 Second haircut with Vu and just as impressed as the first! Consistently ahhhmazing results! Vu you are so talented!

Very unprofessional and a lack of customer service skills. Tried to check them out today as a first time customer. I was rudely greeted with, “we’re closed” before I could even get one foot the through the door. For context, I went during their normal business hours posted on Google and even their website. Their open sign was lit as well. No alternative to schedule for a future date was given to me. This place does not want the business!
