Humboldt Bowen and Massage Therapy

I have been seeing Christine for many years now. We did regular massage and I never felt completely relaxed. Now with bowen I get on the table with my hips hurting and within minutes I have such relief! Bowen has been the best thing for my body.

Christine has been truly so amazing and helpful in my healing process. I was thankful she offered Bowen massage, which I had previously heard was so beneficial for the body especially for injuries. After my first 4 consecutive sessions, I continued my sessions to every 2 weeks then 4 weeks. Now, I have done about 8 sessions and I am so happy I continued. When you follow through with this type of massage, you actually gain the complete benefits and can see the changes.
