Erik is an incredible, talented, and very thoughtful massage therapist. He has helped me through many aches and pains in addition to pregnancy and postpartum. He customizes each massage to what I needed at that time. He has worked with many others I know who also sing his praises!
Erik is a ROCKSTAR of a massage therapist. I came to him with both prenatal pains plus an old aggravated running injury in my hip, and left floating. He’s strong and intuitive in his approach, but I never feel like he’s checked out and just “going thru the routine.” When I get back into running and training postpartum, I’m relieved to know I’ve already “got a guy” no matter what weird muscle thing happens. My last massage was at 38 weeks pregnant, and I felt so good after, I didn’t even feel pregnant anymore (in a good way) and slept like a rock that night.
