Jeff is an expert at his craft. I've been powerlifting for over a decade and I often get massages to maintain my performance. I beat up my body a lot. Jeff is great at identifying knots in your body and beating those knots out of you. Highly recommended.

Jeff is kind, lovely, funny and respectful. You and your body will enjoy your massage session with him. He is very good at the what he does and you are guaranteed a great time under his care. It is no doubt he has many long time clients. I highly recommend his services.

In 30 years of receiving massages, this one is the best. Jeff is friendly and professional. He found knots that no one else has found. A week later my body still has a relaxed feeling. The Swedish gymnastics for me seemed like body manipulations to get better access to the tension areas. This is someone to go back to over time, to heal the areas of tension in the body.

10/10 massage. It was exactly what I was looking for. Someone to really get all the tension and stress out of my muscles. Jeff is STRONG. I have already told every one I know about how amazing my experience was. Will be returning and recommending!!
