YOUnique Counseling provides an invaluable service to therapists and clients alike. For therapists YOUnique offers the chance to work in private practice but be able to have the support and camaraderie that one would get working in an agency setting. As a therapist I am so grateful to have found such a great place to work with a great team and a large number of resources. The notion of going into private practice was unfathomable to me at this time last year. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to meet with the Director of YOUnique counseling (Sean Boyd) in October of 2011 in which he sold me on his vision of developing a Practice that consists of a family of therapists who work in collaboration with one another to ensure a product that emphasizes best practice. His passion about developing something which focus is exclusively on how to make quality mental health services accessible to anyone who is in need was a creed I could easily support.
