Update: I went in and they completely redid my nails. They did an acrylic base over before gel manicure. The dip service definitely had issues and didn’t hold but the way they did it the second time has held up beautifully. They were very kind and apologetic. I’m glad I went back and I am very happy with my nails now. I do wish the dip had held up like I have had at other places as it’s rather expensive and I can imagine this second service was more so but I’m happy with them this time. The service was good when we were there but as soon as I got home my nails chipped within hours. It’s disappointing to pay over $100 for two services and my nails didn’t even last a day.

Update: Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get back for 2 weeks so they couldn’t fix the issue but they gave me a discount on my fill. The new set looks fantastic. Very happy. 3rd photo is the new set. Love how the color turned out and they added chrome to make it more shiny. The finishing work needs a little more attention. There was a lot of material left on my skin and rough edges that I am now cleaning up myself.

I’ve never done a review before but I couldn’t not say something. I was rushed, dismissed when I questioned the order (he never let me wash my hands after filing), and ignored when I asked for corrections. On some nails the paint goes over my cuticle, on others it doesn’t even make it to the edge of my nail. They aren’t filed or cut evenly. Safe to say I will be going to another salon tomorrow to ask for help fixing them. It wouldn’t be as bad if I was someone who didn’t feel comfortable voicing my concerns in the moment, but it was frustrating having to be confrontational and still dismissed.

i have had so many poor experiences at this nail place yet i keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt due to having 2 positive experiences. they over charge, they don’t listen to what you ask for and their only capable of doing simple designs. i ask specifically for Gel X - Builder gel everytime and they try to put acrylic on top as the fill and tell me im wrong on what im asking for. $60 for a fill is crazy, that’s what i pay for a new set. anytime i bring a design i get told they cant do it, the designs are usually french style or flowers. im always leaving with shape/design i dislike even when i bring it up nicely. i went in recently to get my Christmas nails, i asked for white french with a gold outline, she would not give me the length i wanted and every french is crooked and so

So I did a fill an a jelly pedi, although my nails turned out great an I've never had nail fills or full set problems with them. I will not get my feet done here again. I chose the jelly pedi bc it was something new. At first it was good an then the machine it self sounded like it had a problem with it, my feet didn't soak very long at all she didn't trim my nails not even 24 hrs later the polish is coming off more than one toe. Very unhappy with it.
