I experienced challenges while dealing with Regus, primarily due to miscommunication between the staff, their online portal, and myself. There were recurring issues related to billing that I found difficult to resolve. The process reminded me of older customer service models, where departments like the front desk and billing were not integrated, leading to a need for online forms and waiting for responses. I have been a tenant at Regus HQ for over 10 years and in that time I have had a very positive experience until the last few years when the level of service here has diminished dramatically. There has not been a full time manager on the premesis for a number of years now and subsequently when the numerous telephone and computer outages occur, there has been no one to offer or provide assistance. I was told yesterday that in fact we have had a manager for over a month...a gentleman who occasionally comes to this office..I was shocked to hear this because this is the first I have heard of him. So disappointed!! I sign up for a virtual office with this location then our company needed to cancel our services with them, and then we face the "real" Regus bad services, their attitude change they become so not respectful, keep charging us on services that we already terminated, and gave us such hard time! we not recommending doing business with them.

Lobby very inviting and cheerful. Plenty of parking, easy on and off from Garden State Parkway. Plenty of office spaces. Restaurant off lobby.

Clean, professional cordial staff. Fun activities for tenants and awesome cafeteria.
