BEWARE, location during business hours was unattended , no was at front desk on more than one occasion, security of client privacy and my possessions was imperiled by this, used the facility once but never went back due to security risks, could not cancel early, got billed for minimum 6 or 8 months even though I canceled within a short time , I keep getting billed, I even cancelled their access to Amex card after they billed it despite my canceling consent, they continue billing after I withdrew my authorization but still keep getting billed; it wasn’t safe to see clients and risk anyone getting access to client info or my papers and info in unattended place, and with my lawyers advice cancelled the access deal. I even tried Hiring a lawyer to write a letter for them to stop billing m

BE WARNED! If you take space with Regus and you leave you will chase them for your deposit. Also they will continue to hit your credit card and try to get funds after you leave. And when you call to find out about your deposit they will take you about exit fees, the bill backwards for coffee, they will attempt to keep you on and use the address for 3 months and deduct that fee from your deposit. They will do ANYTHING to not give you your money back. I would never ever use them again. And if you call customer service and speak to 10 different people, you will get 10 different answers.

Be careful with regus. They lose your mail. Not willing to work with you. Charge you for coffee even after letting site managee not interested. Refuses to refund you. My suite was never paintes then charged me for painting suite when i left. I was there a month before panadmic never went back and still paid for a year. Then i was hit with all hidden fees. Facebook has reviews also 100 of cliebts from all over had a bad experience
