I been using Regus for a couple of years and always had a great experience dealing with CeCelia and Sheila. Keep me updated on new changes, email reminders to pick up my mail, couldn’t ask for a better team.

Regus have the worst customer service you can think of.You can reach no one online if you need help.The emails I sent out to support was never replied and it was hard to reach people on the phone

Let me just take a moment to give praise to the black woman at the front desk. I can’t think of her name but she is so sweet, she dresses well and EVERY single time I come in that building I smile when I see her. I can tell she takes pride in making sure that things run smoothly for her guest. I come to Regus off and on for the past couple years and she has always been a pleasant person and made my experience awesome. I hope you all pay her well because she is definitely and employee worth keeping. I’d actually highly suggest giving this queen a raise because she deserves it. I actually remember her being in the office when COVID was bad. She’s makes a great first impression on anyone who walks in. ❤️

Only great things to say about Regus at 1 Gateway. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Unprofessional billing practices. Once they have your card or account on file - you’re subject to repeated billing. Highly recommend not to use this company.
