HoZho Spa

I had a great massage experience with Kim at HoZho spa. She was able to find tense muscles that I didn't even know I had and carefully and considerately worked on them to provide relief. I liked that she checked in with me on occasion to gauge my comfort level and my preferred pressure. It was a great massage and overall a great spa experience!

I had a massage last week by Kim and let me just say it is the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I had some severe back pain due to a pinched nerve and she fixed it, it was at least 80-90% better just after the massage and she recommended what areas I focus on stretching which fixed it over the next day so I could hike without worrying about re injuring myself. She really listens and is excellent at what she does. If I could, I would see her every week. Will definitely be back to see her when I’m in the area again!

Today was my first time at the HoZho Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. I had a full body massage with Kim. I can’t recommend her enough, she was friendly, kind, very skilled, and professional. The sage smudge at the end was unique. I highly recommend Kim! In addition, the room was clean, inviting, and nicely decorated.

UPDATE: After speaking to my daughter in law, I phoned the spa and told them about the double tip. They immediately checked into things and provided a refund to my DIL's credit card for the extra tip. I appreciated their prompt action and have added the star back to my review. This is a nice spa and I appreciate their honesty at admitting they made a mistake and taking care of things quickly. I hope to use this spa again when I am back in Bluff. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My son gave me a gift certificate for a massage at the Bluff Dwellings spa for my birthday. Kim was wonderful, asked me what I wanted and did exactly as I asked. This was my husband's idea and I'm so glad I did it. I got the turquoise sage 90 minute full body massage. Shawn did a wonderful job. Started with asking where my problem areas were. Offered water to drink. The table was heated on low. He started out with low pressure and gradually upped the pressure asking if that was so much or needed more. He worked on the areas I needed more. Honestly I almost fell asleep. :). Then ended with a sage cleansing. I definitely recommend and would definitely do it again.
