Howe It's Done Beauty Salon

This was my first visit, Natasha was recommend to me when I was looking for a new loctition. She was really nice and so was her team. Lisa washed my hair sooooo good best wash I've had since my silkpress days and Carla started my reties and Natasha finished me off. They moved neatly and quickly and we had great conversations. Looking forward to my next visits.

I went for natural twists on fine hair. The stylist did not take anytime to discuss what she was going to do and how a particular style would come out with the type of hair I have. When I pointed out that I wanted it to be fuller she stated that I would have to add hair to get the fullness. This should have been discussed in the beginning of the appointment. Was not happy with the outcome of my hair.

I had my wedding coming up and my previous hairdresser canceled our appointment and I had challenges coordinating our time to get my hair done before the wedding date so I washed one of my wigs and was prepared to chop locks. I was introduced to Natasha through a friend of a friend and people…..if I could give her a hundred stars I would because she deserves them. My whole head was transformed! She took my appointment on short notice and sent me a confirmation the day before. She managed my expectations by not making promises but said she’ll do her best and that she did. She listened, asked pertinent questions and made me feel like I was in a luxurious spa. (No, she did not give me massages 😏) she just made me feel so comfortable 🙌🏾. True professional. I went there today for the 1st time and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK 😡 I went for a wash and blow dry for a ponytail to be added. The stylist said she had an appointment coming in and I would be NEXT . I waited for her to finish with her appt. for at least 20 minutes . In between waiting , another customer came in AFTER ME ( no appt.) with her son . Why the stylist going to look at me and say * I'm going to wash your hair after I wash his "Oh really . I think not . So without being rude or being disrespectful I , l left . So this is what I get for trying to support a black business 😖

I used the barber as I cut off my chemically straightened long hair and now wear it in a close cut like Jada Pinkett Smith. I don't know my barber's name, I have to get his card but I've used him twice and he'svery good.
