Kinley had been doing my hair for 4 years now, The girls here are amazing and so so sweet! They are well educated in what they do!! Love all of them!! Madi does an amazing job at nails!

Online scheduling was seamless and easy to use. The stylist that did an updo on my daughter’s hair was great, my daughter really loved her! The inside of the place was so cute. We will definitely be going back.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I see from other reviews this seems to be an issue. I made an appointment that was scheduled more than a month prior. I called to confirm closer to the appointment and was told the stylist would be out on medical leave (glad I called!) so I was rescheduled. Again, I happened to be in the area so I popped in two days before my appointment to confirm. They couldn’t find me in the books. After calling someone I was told I was indeed scheduled to see the other girl that was standing there. That stylist went on to try to reschedule me yet again. They seriously need to get it together when it comes to booking appointments. I did receive text confirmations for both appointments. Needless to say I won’t be a client there.

My stylist was a sweetheart however I felt like she wasn’t listening to what I wanted. When I said what I really liked about the inspo pictures I sent in her response was she wouldn’t put color close to my face because the hair is more fragile there. Then at the end when she asked how I like my color my only response I could say right away was “I don’t hate it” because im not a confrontational person. I also pointed out that I thought the colors would be more vivid like the inspo pictures I showed. Then I was told that it would be easy to adjust at the touch up visit because the stylist had used semipermanent dye but still continued to charge me as if it was permanent. Never once prior to putting the hair dye in did she say we would be using a semipermanent. For $320 I would have expected

The stylists are wonderful but the scheduling system, not so much. They stated they rejected my appointments, eventhough I received a confirmation one two separate occasions. I also lost my deposit for their mistakes. The owner called me "rude" because I was upset (but definitely not loud or out of line) and said I would go somewhere else. Call before arriving if you schedule online. Poor conflict resolution/customer service.
