I came in with limited mobility in my left shoulder area. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and how it would help me. After hearing me out on my concerns, workout routine, and daily task he came to a conclusion of what was happening and a sustainable solution for that. He worked on me and the pain was stemming from locked or tight areas I would not have thought of. I came out being able to comfortably lift my hand above my head and move without locking up. He didn’t just work on me-he worked on that specific area until I was mobile and had relief. I would definitely recommend coming to him.
