A1 customer service. London and her mother are very nice and helpful. I purchased some miracle drops from them a few months ago and it grew my thinning areas back. Since they don't have knock off products and they have a lot of positive energy I will be back. Also the guy who installs the wigs is really sweet and helpful too. I like him! Shop here they are all good people!

Customer service was great! My wife was looking for something for that day because we had a flight to catch the next day. Even though they didn’t have what she was looking for the two ladies there went above and beyond to explain process and even said “if you let us know exactly what style you are looking for by 2/3pm we can get it for you by 6pm tonight” Great service! We definitely will be going back if my wife needs something.

Pat was very nice and super helpful. My mom was visiting from out of town and forgot her wig. We were so lucky that the House of Urbanite was open. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Just awesome customer service!
