Marci is the best person to touch my hair in years. I first started seeing her when she was at a salon in Tacoma and from there, she has taken my hair from being brunette and restoring it back to my blonde that I love. She is not only great in her craft, but she also provides a space to set realistic expectations when it comes to not just what you want, but your hair journey if I could give her 10 stars, I would please go see her and invest in yourself

Kenzie has been doing my hair since September of 2021, and there truly has never been a time where I have not left her chair happy. Not only does she do pretty hair, she does pretty service. She is easy to talk to (or not, I used to work nights and I’ve definitely taken some naps in her chair). Kenzie was the first person to ever do my hair! She has supported my hair journey from blond to pink to purple to blonde again, always supporting but also always being honest and giving realistic expectations. She did my hair for my wedding, baby shower (and then also let me bring that baby into the salon to get my hair done) and if I ever had daughters, I would bring them to Kenzie.

I recently had my hair done by Marci and couldn’t be happier with the results. I used to travel to see her at her previous salon because she was worth it, so I was honestly thrilled when she relocated to my hometown. I’m not the most consistent with hair appointments (life gets busy), and it had been about nine months since my last color and cut 🤯, but she never made me feel judged. She jumped right in with total confidence, and by the end of the appointment my icy blonde looked fresh, bright, and like I actually stay on top of it regularly. I seriously couldn’t say enough amazing things about Ella Royce here at House of Strands!! She beyond exceeded my expectations and I left in tears (good tears of course). As a mom I hardly make time to take care of myself but decided to treat myself and I couldn’t be more ecstatic that I chose Ella. From the second I walked in till I walked out she genuinely became a friend, we talked like we have known each other for years and anyone that’s a mom knows how needed that is. I do have extremely long and thick hair, she was quick with the challenge of doing my hair but truly took her time to make sure it came out perfect and she blew all expectations out of the water. She may be building her clientele still but I would highly recommend getting in now because I know she’ll be blowing up soon j
