Not only was I appreciative of getting a last minute appointment (i was cancelled by a different salon) I received professional and very customer friendly service. After being chemical free for 10 years, I returned to a relaxer. Ms Toni took very good care of me and literally handled me with care. I was beyond pleased with my final look and cut. Happy to be a new client at Royal T. Thank you again Ms Toni!!

Every stylist in the house can slay some hair, braids, sew ins, natural you name it they can do it. Diamond Netta is who I've gone 2 twice and both times nailed it!!

Beautiful Salon. Been here twice. First time was great. $20 for a trim. Second time was a tragedy. High in price & didn't even last a week. I got it crochet braids $145. The owner of the salon does not like to take any concern for clients of what her stylist messed up on. It seems that the owner keeps hair salon beautiful but does not keep up with her stylist. Takes no responsibility for her anything that they do. It seems like they are Masters at blowouts and cuts. As braids go don't bother.

Absolutely love this salon! My stylist Megan is heaven sent. She's a hair goddess when it comes to weaving, coloring and styling. I relocated from Nashville TN 6 months ago and desperately needed my hair done. I called around to multiple shops and each couldn't provide what I thought was simple service. I asked for a deep conditioning and to have a lace frontal wig colored and sewn in. Finally I reached Royalty and all my hair problems were solved. Megan exceeded my expectations and I will continue to drive 45 minutes across town to sit in her chair. Not only is Megan a phenomenal hair stylist but she has the sweetest spirit. Her and the rest of the team make you feel welcomed and leave looking spectacular. The stylists and atmosphere are worth every penny. Don't sell yourself short go

I am so relieved to have finally FINALLY found a hair salon that I enjoy! And it’s not just that I found one in San Antonio...i mean in my LIFE. The staff is incredibly courteous and respect the customer’s time. More often than not salons in the community will have you waiting anywhere from 30 min to 2 HOURS past your appointment. On top of that the customer flow is managed incorrectly and you’re sitting in the dryer section an additional hour waiting for your turn. I’ve been in salons where the wash area is dirty, the stylists don’t pay attention to you and at the end there’s a heavy push for product purchases. My experience at Royal T was the exact opposite and they make you feel like family. Pricing is reasonable and they carry Design Essentials; I love that they use inexpensive product
