If I could rate it a 0 I sure would. I’ve been to a couple of lash artists and some just suck but JES was just completely unprofessional and so mean. She ignored me time after time again and just booked me with her assistant. I would rather go to her in training assistant Z than Jess. Good luck and please don’t waste your money bc they have no empathy and will just straight just take your membership money with no care in the world to lose you as their client.

Jessica is great with eyelash extensions. She asks questions about what you want. She provides pictures for you to choose from if you aren’t sure about what you want. She makes sure that the client and herself are on the same page in regards to what the client is wanting. I’ve visited this place a few times and each time I’ve went, I’ve left very satisfied with her work and price.

Jessica is amazing at what she does. Her place is always clean and welcoming. She has been doing my lashes over 4 years and I would never go anywhere else. The quality is amazing and I always leave satisfied . This is the best lash studio in town!

Got a “light volume” set.... literally had spaces in between my lashes. And she used two different lash curl pattern so it looks ridiculous. I asked her if I could come back the next day and pay the difference for a full volume since this was apparently the light volume and she ignored both inquiries. She’s a sweet girl, just very unprofessional. If you’re used to getting lashes, you’ll be very disappointed in this experience. I’ve been getting lashes for years and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had to date as far as quality of work expected.

I wish I could give her 0 stars. I took a 2 day "class" which was $1,200. She lives upstairs and has her business downstairs , her son kept coming down stairs both days and the second day she left me and my model alone while she went upstairs. A week after I took the class, I still didn't have my kit so I asked for a refund, it took her another week to give me $400. I don't feel like the class was worth what I paid, she was unprofessional and didn't provide me with her undivided attention. I wish I would have been aware so that I wouldn't have waisted my time or my money
