Ive been coming to sharpybyroc the barber for 7 years now. We have always had an amazing experience with this barber. I have a son with special needs and it was always difficult finding someone to cut his hair. From the moment we first walked in, he was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding. Working with special needs children requires empathy and flexibility, and he truly went above and beyond to make my child feel safe and comfortable. He took his time, explained each step, and never rushed the process. The haircuts always turn out great, but more importantly, my child always leaves calm and happy. My son goes here and suggested I give them a try. Had a 3:45P appointment and was able to get right in and seated. Had Jason cut my hair today. Got a medium fade. He did a fine job! Very pleasant and conversative! Shop has that old school feel to it! Plenty of seats and Barbers available. Glad I stopped in. Pleased with my cut! Thanks Jason!

A really great community Barbara shop! Great vendors come in to sell food,oils etc. A old school vibe with great cuts. Jason,much love to you. They do Walk it's and appointments!

House of Kings is the best place to get a cut in Newcastle County and frankly all of DE. Its always clean and good music playing in the atmosphere and the owner doesnt miss a chance to sincerely greet every customer (man,woman or child). My barber, Roc is the most precise barber I've ever had. I call him the doctor. Any suggestions he gives, I oblidge and the results are amazing every time. Roc is very versatile. I've seen him do cuts that i could never get away with at my age but none the less its dope to see hos skills and the processs. Shout outs to Roc and the whole House of Kings crew. ✌🏾

I stopped here just because I was going to the store right next to them. I walked in nobody said anything while I sat there for 30 minutes. The barber who was playing on his phone, looked at me multiple times, the other barber was sleeping while one worked... I still gave them the benefit of the doubt until two separate people came in and got greeted and immediately helped. it was weirdly unprofessional. Edit: I do appreciate the response and the offer, but I wasn’t hiding in the corner. I was directly next to the only person working the whole time. He did a full haircut and then started another. I’m sorry I didn’t burst in and ask for the person in the back room or have my mother call the shop and say that she had the money in the car. I just walked in and sat down and that’s my fault.
