House Of Fadez Barber Shop

I was in the area looking for a hair cut last Saturday when I came across this place online. I called ahead of time to confirm they take walk ins and confirm the wait time, I was told they take walk ins and that there was no wait time. I arrived 10 minutes later, when I walked in the establishment no employees greeted me at the front desk. I noticed there was a sign in sheet by the front desk so I signed in left my name and phone number then proceeded to sit down in the EMPTY lobby. I waited for 30 minutes inside before I decided to leave, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth from the poor customer service and EMPTY lobby on a Saturday that I decided to take my business elsewhere. This place obviously has zero care for customer service and will lie just to get customers in the door. Don

I had taken my younger brother for a low taper and a couple inches off the top, however in 1 hour and 30 minutes all the barber managed to do was cut only about an inch of hair with scissors and got the wrong hairstyle. My brother had to give the barber directions on how to cut his hair. My brother had to tell the barber 3 times to speed up and despite that still was very slow, at some point my brother had enough, paid him and left. This is when we realized that the scissors weren't clean or sterilized as there were white flakes all over his hair. We had to go to another barber who did the job in 20 minutes while fixing up the mess this barber did while also having to clean off my brother head due to the risk of a possible scalp infection happening due to the lack of clean scissors used. Great place for fades, and really any male hair cuts. Treat you very well, reasonable price and just an overall welcoming experience. 10/10, my girl started acting up after my cut. This is my spot now! Come support this business!
