**edit to add I paid another $250 to have my hair fixed. BUT the damage due to the poor bleach application and whatever was done, was extensive. The breakage and mess I am left with is not at all what I wanted and it should never have happened because I went in with very healthy hair. The girl who fixed my hair somewhere else was not able in good conscience, to really do very much besides try to color correct as best she could because she knew she’d hurt it worse. I don’t know what happens when I was in there but my hair will take months to recover.*** I really do like this place. They’re polite, it’s comfortable and they keep up with covid policies. My liking the people or the building does not make what happened to my hair ok. I went and had a pretty good experience several months ago,

SERIOUSLY BEWARE. A lawnmower would give you better results. By far the worst haircut I've ever had. Asked for 4 inches and a simple face frame ended up cutting more than 10 inches off and it looks like my hair was cut by a blind person. Now I have to pay God knows what for extensions because of incompetence.

Horrible experience!! I had beautiful curly hair and I thought I would try highlights before my birthday and I am left to cry looking at the mirror each time. My hair is completely spoiled with uneven random highlights. Please stay away from this place and save your money!! The appointment was very rushed too and cleared the stylist didn't not know what she was doing.
