Rachel was absolutely fantastic to me and was able to get me in last minute for a full blonding. It was a dramatic transformation for me from going dark brown hair to a beautiful grey. I’m still in shock. She cared so much about the integrity of my hair and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t planning on finding a long term stylist when booking at House of Artemis, but I for sure have. It’s worth the 45 minute drive to see Rachel again. She truly cares about her clients.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon and especially Rachael. I truly don’t let anyone else touch my hair, and for good reason. She is a master stylist in every sense of the word. The space itself is modern, classy, and clean, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Rachael not only listened to what I wanted, she absolutely nailed it. She achieved even better what I envisioned. I always leave feeling confident and gorgeous every single time. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I do not recommend Rachel at House Artemis Salon & Spa. The first time I went I had wanted to be a bright & creamy blonde but we did not achieve that, she told me she was worried about the integrity of my hair but that I could come back in a few weeks to get a little brighter. I had noticed after leaving some harsh lines as if foils had slipped (first photo). No biggie, she said I could come back so I would just tell her then. Well I went back to have it fixed & left even more dissatisfied. Not only did we still not achieve the color, the overall job was extremely sloppy. The back of my head looks absolutely insane. Extremely uneven, it looks like 8 week, grown out hair definitely no like it was freshly done (mind you the second 2 photos were taken just now today & i got thi

Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, Rachael made me feel listened to and taken care of. She did exactly what I wanted—no guessing, no overdoing it, just perfect. Her attention to detail, skill, and care truly show in her work. I left feeling confident and obsessed with my hair. I would 100% recommend Rachael and this salon to anyone and will definitely be back. Best experience I’ve had in a long time!

It’s very evident how long Rachel has been in this business. She was able to help me voice what I didn’t like about my hair and understood exactly what I was going for. She noticed every small detail which took my color/tone/cut to the next level. She made my hair reflect how I feel! I’m in love with it after only one appointment. Not only that, but she has cultivated an environment where you feel taken care of and empowered. I love her vision for her salon and appreciate the level of care she showed during our appointment.
