The salon is clean and welcoming! As someone who struggled with understanding her hair type (fine, oily scalp, sensitive skin, wavy hair), being placed with Karen was a perfect match. She is knowledgeable, warm, and validating. My husband has been going to her for two years, and today was my first experience switching to her. We will be seeing her together for the rest of the year for maintenance. HIGHLY recommend.

I absolutely loved the experience I had with Mrs. Lauren today! She gave me tips on how to treat my hair and I can confidently say that I walked out of there knowing 100% more about my hair and what to do now! Not to mention, she had excellent curling advice for me! I know how to properly curl my hair as well as what not to do to it! I will 100% be back to see her! Also, the salon has a welcoming manner and makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in!

From the moment I walked into Hott Heads Salon, the customer service was superb. I was greeted so warmly at check-in by the sweetest lady (I wish I had caught her name!). That first impression already made me feel welcomed and valued. Shortly after, Mrs. Karen called my name and we headed to her chair — and let me just say, that was the BEST decision I made. She worked absolute magic on my hair. After she washed all my grays away, I felt brand new! I have very thick hair, and she handled it with such ease and confidence. My first time here after moving to Fayetteville from another state. Ashley was able to match my color perfectly. Plus give me a beautiful cut. She also discussed price point before we started so there were no surprises (I really appreciated that!). Loved my experience there. Will definitely go back as long as I’m here in Fayetteville.

I almost bailed on my appointment (new wig nerves are REAL), but I am SO glad I didn’t. Karen worked absolute wizard-level magic on my wig. I walked in feeling unsure and walked out feeling like I needed my own slow-motion hair flip moment. She transformed it from “hmm, we’ll see…” to “WHO IS SHE?!” in record time.
