Hot Spring Spas of Okoboji

John made the entire process so simple and easy for us and because he was so knowledgeable he was able to make us feel comfortable making a purchase that day. He was easy to follow when educating us on the product and that was huge for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. *edit* after the sale was a little different story, customer service was not received in a timely manner even after several attempts to connect. Since receiving the tub I have reached out with a few questions and was not responded to. Delivery and the crew that delivered it were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We ordered a Flair hot tub at the Clay County Fair from Greg (Clive store). He was a good salesman and made sure we were taken care of. We absolutely love our hot tub! Our whole family uses and enjoys it. Dick (AP store) delivered our hot tub and has been so helpful. I have had many questions about the chemicals and he has answered them all. I am happy with the service after the sale. We've had a good experience working with the Hot Springs guys. Thank you!

Hot Spring Spas was so great to work with! Having never owned a hot tub before, we were given great guidance and advice that made us very comfortable with our purchase. They were so easy with communication throughout the whole process! Even the delivery and set up team were fantastic! We purchased a hot tub in April of 2022. Within a week a cushion broke. We called immediately to have someone come look at it. We had to call 3 more times and stopped in the store 2 times asking if someone could come to remove the broken cushion. However, no one came to remove the broken cushion until late July. At that point they told us a new cushion would be reinstalled within a few weeks We stopped at the store about 6 weeks ago to check on the status of the replacement cushion We were told it was in and someone would be out to replace it. We have now called 3 times and stopped at the store, but still no cushion. We are incredibly disappointed in the customer service.

These guys were wonderful. We bought our hot tub at the fair. They delivered and help set it up. We will be enjoying our hot tub for many years to come. Thanks John and Sean you did a great job!!
