Hot Spot

The lady that was there for my first appointment ever at Hot Spot gave me and my friend awful customer service. She gave us very little instruction on how to use the spray tan machine. Additionally we went in with a group coupon, already purchased through Hot Spot's website and she insisted that we couldn’t use it at first and gave vague explanation on why we couldn't us it (?) but then after we insisted multiple times and showed her that we had already purchased it through the website she let us use it. Also the tan came out awful, I have gotten spray tans in the past and they looked great but I think that due to the lack of instruction on how to use the machine maybe that was why I now have an uneven tan. My sister and I were in town and we had such a pleasant experience here! We absolutely loved the results of the bed and Vera spa, would absolutely recommend this place! The customer service was unreal, salon super clean and the tans were perfect

This salon is even better than I remembered it. Haven’t been here in years and was unfamiliar with any of the new equipment and packages. Dina was amazing!! She took the time to explain everything to me, the packages, lotions, showed me all of the beds and booths and explained the differences. The salon was so clean and bright too. Highly recommend!! Still!!

I've been coming here for a solid 6-7 months now and man let me tell ya— I have nothing but positive things to say! The store owner Dena is the freakin sweetest woman you'll ever meet, plus she'll take care of ya! The beds are amazing as well, always up to date with what's in the market. If you're in the Revere area just give this place a shot, you won't regret it!
