Hot Set Hair Studio, and the stylists that make it so special, never cease to amaze me! I’ve been having my hair done there for over a decade and can honestly say that at 68 years old I have never been in the same salon for that long. Today as I sat waiting for my appointment I overheard 2 of the stylists discussing options for the best case scenario for a clients color situation. True teamwork. They are the best at what they do !!

I have been going to Hot Set Hair Studio for years. From the moment I walk in, I get a warm welcome and asked if I need anything while I wait as I am usually a bit early. The environment is upbeat, everyone is friendly and the Studio is very clean and organized.

I came to Worcester, MA in July of 2026 and found this salon. Pamela and entire staff are professional, loving, caring and not I will call this my hangout for highlights, cut and style.

I waited 6 years before allowing a salon to touch my virgin hair and it was a massive mistake. I asked for blonde thick highlights under my hair and got a mess of blended, randomly highlighted. This is the most uneven and unprofessional thing anyone has done to me, even after they tried to "fix" it and now I can't reverse the damage. They bleached all of my baby hairs instead of my bangs and my hair is an absolute massacre. I'm so embarrassed, and never going here again. Edit: This is exactly what my hair looked like when I left the salon - I emailed the same angles to the owner within an hour of leaving and didn't hear back. Accusing the customer of your mistake is a reflection of your business practices, really unprofessional.

I love Hot Set Hair Studio! I have been seeing Jess since 2020. Always professional and knowledgeable and a lovely conversationalist. I enjoy every one of the stylists. Everyone is very friendly. The proprietor Pam Dube clearly hires people that fit her ethos. Friendly, helpful, suggest products and treatments but not "pushy" sales. They truly want you to achieve your best look. I can't say enough about this place without seeming over the top. I have been going to salons since the eighties; this is a great salon. Reasonable prices too!
