I got a Russian manicure with extensions today at Hot Nails in South End, and Kamilla did an amazing job. Her attention to detail is unmatched! she took her time, was extremely precise, and made sure everything was perfect. My cuticles are flawless and the extensions look so clean and natural. You can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend booking with Kamilla if you want beautiful, high-quality nails. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been going to Hot Nails for a year and a half and they are TRULY the best. Kristina is the artist I see and I mean artist truly because nail tech doesn’t cover her beautiful work! She is so kind, meticulous with her work, and does THE best designs. My manicures last 6 weeks, but I go in every 4 just to keep the designs fresh! I have always had trouble with manicures not lasting and gel and SNS separating from my nails. I have NEVER had this issue since seeing Hot Nails. The entire team is wonderful, the space is clean and safely sanitized, and I won’t see anyone else for my nails in Charlotte!

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon. The level of detail in their work is unreal—hands down the best manicure I’ve ever had. Every nail was shaped and finished perfectly, and you can tell they truly care about precision and quality. On top of that, the owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that combines this much talent with such genuine kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to everyone I know!

From the moment I walked in everybody was friendly, nice and professional, the atmosphere was great. The place is new. All the equipment is new and I can tell that they sterilize everything very well so I feel safe by having my nails done in this place. They did exactly what I wanted them to do And instead of feeling rushed, they took the time to make sure that everything came out just the way I wanted it, the way they did my cuticles, I have never had them done like that before, and my nails last way longer this way. I am extremely satisfied with the service performed on my nails and the way I was treated. I’m very happy that I finally found my nail place.

My nails have never looked better! Maria uses so many small tricks to level them out and make the edges strong. My skin comes out looking like it's new and perfect. It's not a normal manicure, it's so much better. The artwork was so beautiful and there was no lifting even after weeks!
