I am a frequent customer of this store, yet I received the incorrect hair color and need to initiate an exchange. The store's hours indicate an 8am opening, but when I arrived at 8:53am, the premises were unattended. I departed at 9:15 and subsequently called to request a refund due to the staff's tardiness, only to be denied.
